This procedure checks whether a comment record exists for a specific record.

Parameters:

INPUT pcEntityMnemonic AS CHARACTER

The entity mnemonic.

INPUT pcEntityObjField AS CHARACTER

The entity mnemonic object field as a string.

INPUT pcEntityObjValue AS CHARACTER

The entity mnemonic object field value as a string.

OUTPUT plRowCommentExist AS LOGICAL

If an audit record exists for the record, this is set to YES.
